Ordered a single mattress from their website which showed 5* reviews on the mattress. Received the mattress around a week later and it is no where near its advertised description. Worse than sleeping on the floor and they wanted £79 to return it.Obviously the reviews on the advert were all fake as I can usually sleep on any mattress and wake up fine. This one makes you want to chop it up to see what kind of rocks are inside that support it.Will be giving this to a charity shop if they take it and will order a branded one from a more reputable place.

Their customer service is rubbish, very difficult to get hold of and when I did I was made promises. The product is lovely but slightly damaged and I was promised £40 which I still have not received. I keep getting fobbed off with 3-5 working days, it's been over that time.

I have severe arthritis got my new electric adjustable bed yesterday utopia with latex comfort mattress and had the best nights sleep I’ve had for years! I actually woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go best money spent for along long time .

Really good experience in the shop today! Rebecca was really helpful as she helped me chose a bed within 20 minutes of being in the shop. Had good knowledge on the beds, mattresses and materials on offer. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Driver very polite. Bed nice but wrong colour ordered a silver it looks more like mink.

I ordered this mattress as a gift. I paid the £60.00 fast delivery, this didn't happen the company was very efficient and refunded the £60.00.We ended up returning the mattress at a cost of £75.00.baffled why this is so expensive. Overall the company have been very efficient answering emails very quickly. Delivery driver very polite and placed the mattress were we wanted. Only moan you can't choose delivery day which is difficult if you work.

absolutely awful service. I have had to contact them on 4 separate occasions and still no delivery date could be offered for my order which was placed almost 4 weeks ago - clearly their advertised '2 to 6 working days' for delivery is just false. cannot get through to customer services on the phone and after waiting for 2 hours for the online chat, as I asked for a refund and cancel my order they promptly went offline. Will never order from this company again.

Won't use company again.Bed is great however problems with wrong mattress being delivered twice. No one will call me back, no one answering calls or the chat online. Email is a waste of time and takes too long for them to reply. Very frustrating to spend large part of my day chasing people to fix something they have done wrong. Also delivery driver asked me to carry the mattress to the van for her? Never heard such a thing before especially since man was in van unloading the other mattress.

Ordered through their sub company AAA beds. Website says 10 days maximum for delivery, it took 20. All three boxes came damaged, headboard was completely damaged as well as the side rails. They refused to send out a new bed but would only send out replacement parts after a full day of back and fourth emailing, like pulling teeth. Said the replacement would take a week which was great as my old bed was already dismantled! Wouldn’t give me more than £30 of my money back and were generally just unhelpful. AVOID.

Ordered a Marco Upholstered king bed frame for our spare room. Bedworld called to arrange delivery a few days later. Atif arrived promptly with the bed on the due date and quietly brought in all the components which were well padded and wrapped. Top guy! Having now assembled the bed, it looks great, infact, just as we hoped it would. While on close inspection the quality of finish could be a bit better in places at such a low price one can't really argue. An attractive good value bed at budget price.

Me and my gf decided to get a new matress and found one with bedword. Before the purchase its been told us that we can arrange the delivery day and time via phone. That basically meant that the the lady on the phone said we deliver it saturday, when we try to ask for a different day the answer was a simple no with a bad attitude. So fast forward to saturday and I gotta quote them here"we will call you 30 minutes before delivery we not just gonna show up with the matress out of nowhere". Plot twist: They did just show up out of the blue, no phone call nothing. In short the matress we received was in great condition and very happy with the purchase so the product is good so far but boy oh boy they got loads to improve on their customer service otherwise it feels like after they received the payment no care was given.

So far so good- Ryan was very helpful and friendly delivering the bed inside.
